Ingredients needed for Filipino Grilled Tuna Panga (jaw) :
- 1/2 cup soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 (300 grams) tuna panga
Procedure for cooking Filipino Grilled Tuna Panga (jaw):
- Mix well sugar and soy sauce.
- Broil panga (jaw). Open it and spread the mixed soy sauce and sugar all over until cooked.
- Serve with buttered veggies.
